The platform is designed for two audiences. For executive candidates — board members, C-suite, EVP/SVP, VP, director, partner, and managing director level professionals across industries and functions — GlobalExecuPair™ offers a free, confidential way to build a private profile, browse anonymized job postings, and express interest without exposing identity. For hiring managers and their hiring teams, it offers free confidential job postings, free candidate searches, free matching, and free hiring-team members, with a single, straightforward contingency agreement presented only after mutual interest is confirmed.

Every approved candidate, hiring decision-maker, and hiring-team member must provide proof of LinkedIn government ID verification, and all job listings remain confidential until a protected mutual match is finalized. GlobalExecuPair™ enforces a No Ghosting accountability standard, a candidate reveal-approval gate, employer blocklists, and post-offer background checks so that identity, résumé, and contact details are unlocked only when both parties have agreed. The 15% contingency fee is owed only when a hire is actually made — registration, browsing, posting, searching, and matching are always free.
