Express interest — free
A candidate or hiring manager may express interest for free. One-sided interest never triggers an agreement and never reveals either party’s confidential identity.

Mutual interest detected
If both parties express interest, mutual interest is detected automatically.

Agreement selection at mutual match
Once interest is mutual, the hiring manager is prompted to select a preferred recruiting option and sign the applicable agreement. There is no charge to sign.

Sign before reveal
The hiring manager must select a recruiting option and sign before the mutual match is finalized and before confidential identities, résumés, employer names, company information, LinkedIn profiles, or contact information are revealed.

Candidate chooses "Reveal My Profile"
After the agreement is signed, the candidate may approve revealing their profile. The employer only sees identity after the candidate approves.

Communicate — and respond within four business days
Both parties communicate privately. No Ghosting: once a protected match is finalized, both parties must respond within four business days.

No fee unless a hire is made
The hiring manager only owes the applicable fee under the selected recruiting option if the candidate is hired. Nothing is owed to register, browse, search, express interest, mutually match, or sign.

Confidential Job Postings
Candidates may see the job title, general practice area or industry, location, work arrangement, qualifications, and job description. We never reveal the hiring company’s name, decision-maker’s identity, email address, phone number, website, LinkedIn profile, or other identifying information before the protected match is completed.
Every approved candidate, hiring decision-maker, and hiring-team member must provide proof of LinkedIn government ID verification.

GlobalExecuPair™ is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, partnered with, or endorsed by LinkedIn.
Hiring Teams
Allow hiring managers to invite and add authorized hiring-team members. Each member must have a separate verified login and may search candidates and manage assigned jobs. All team members must follow the same confidentiality and verification rules.
Once a written employment offer has been extended to a candidate through GlobalExecuPair™, the candidate becomes eligible for a complimentary background check performed through Checkr. Depending on the employer\u2019s screening requirements and the services available through Checkr, the screening may include background screening, employment verification, and education/degree verification.
Checkr is an independent third-party screening provider. GlobalExecuPair™ and International ExecuSearch LLC do not independently perform the background investigation and do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or outcome of third-party screening results. Screenings are subject to candidate authorization, Checkr’s procedures and availability, the screening services requested, and applicable laws. The employer remains responsible for evaluating screening results, complying with applicable background-screening and employment laws, and making the final hiring decision.
